Yes today is my birthday and I am glad that I am alive. I thought it would be great to share a Birthday playlist with you guys that revolves around my five favorite beats of all-time (that inspire me to write).

This lovely beat by J Dilla is one of my favorite beats ever because it inspires me to be a better person daily. I am glad that Blu slayed this track in the past.

Come on, this beat right here is insane. I love the sample and the cuts on the hook are awesome. Elzhi, Royce, Phat Kat and more have destroyed this but UK rapper Kayo Smirnoff killed the instrumental with ease (click HERE to watch).

This instrumental is lovely and I believe it is slept on like crazy. Pitch Black provided us with the track "It All Real" over this lovely Dj Premier beat.

Absolutely love The Sound Providers and there production because they incorporate the jazzy elements with dope drum programming.

Finally I had to include the instrumental for "Stop Fooling Yourself" by 9th Wonder. Sick! Sick! Sick! "Stop Fooling Yourself" from Skyzoo is one of my favorite songs of the past decade.
