It has been awhile since I heard a song from the Virginia based rhyme animal Thad Reid. Today I checked my inbox and I heard this banger from Thad Reid called "Ownma Mind." The track is produced by Antagonist and the beat is bonkers. This braggadocio track gives Thad Reid the platform to spew lines such as, "every day I think about if I should quit it, I risk it/ in the water, with the sharks' resistance."

I love the hook that Thad delivers. Thad Reid raps: "Everyday struggle with the heater on the side/ got some things on my mind every time I spit a line/ got some things on my mind every time I spit a line/ I was raised to believe I can go and get mine." It is evident that this talented wordsmith has a lot on his mind and will present his thoughts to the masses in January with the release of the Tyme Flys EP.
