Alexipharmic - American Beauty

Much of American Beauty was written while on a thirty state, ten thousand mile road trip. Throughout this trek, countless interviews were conducted with men, women and children within all walks of life. The album’s 14 tracks weave a broad spectrum of the stories that were captured on the road. The end result is an album that breathes with energy, and reflects the hopes, broken dreams, unity, division, optimism and voice of our current society. With organic, melodically driven beats, Alexipharmic displays a broad range of styles while keeping true to the theme of the record-- using music to better the human condition.

The cover of the album is a mosaic of indelible black and white pictures of homeless men and women from all across the country to make the face of America, representing the underlying charitable center of Alexipharmic’s work. After having shared the stage with the likes of: Jurassic 5, Visionaries, One.Be.Lo, C-Rayz Wayz and countless others Alexipharmic took it upon himself to spearhead the Save Darfur Tour. His upcoming fall American Beauty Tour has partnered with ‘Feed the Children’ and will donate 100% of the tour’s proceeds to fight child hunger and homelessness in America.

The album includes guest features from: P.O.S, Braille, Grynch and Cas one – and production from MGI, Budo, DJ Figure and Infekt.
