2011 was a great year for indie hip-hop label Mello Music Group as evidenced by releases from Oddisee, Apollo Brown, Has-Lo, yU, DTMD, Boog Brown and more. We are 24 days into 2012 and the emerging label has another secret weapon making his debut soon. Gensu Dean is a beatmaker from Dallas that is a beast on the SP1200. Gensu Dean is set to release Lo-Fi Fingahz on February 28th on Mello Music Group.

Jointz serves as a brief introduction to the production talents of Gensu Dean. The mixtape is pieced together by Dj Chief-One and it features remixes from Dean as well as original tracks with Sadat X, Crooked Lettaz, Large Professor and more.
